Happy Challenges

Welcome to my Paper Room!!

WOW!  My second challenge card this week, and once again, it involves two challenges.  This beautiful (and challenging) color palette is brought to you by The Paper Players, PP204.  The fun layout that I worked with was created by Julee with Mojo Monday Challenge, MOJO354.

Now, for my creation!!  I just LOVE this new stamp set, Blessed By God.

I used Wisteria Wonder card stock for the card base, along with the Chevron Ribbon in Wisteria Wonder.  The other three colors in this challenge are from our new In Colors.  The background card stock is Blackberry Bliss, along with the ink used for the beautiful cross and the sentiment.  Lost Lagoon DSP from the Background Paper Stack was used for the Chevron print and the flower.  I have used this Paper Stack A LOT!!  Finally, I brought in  Mossy Meadow to frame the Cross image and for the leaves, but not thinking it showed well, I popped it by adding some of the same color ribbon over top of the Chevron.  It is almost ALWAYS a great finishing touch to use Candy Dots, which I thought helped to pull out the color of the Chevron Ribbon.   See below for links to all of the items that were used on this card.

Check back for more fun projects, and feel free to leave a comment!!

Creatively Yours, Bobbi

  1. What a beautiful card Bobbi – I love your layered ribbon and sprinkle of candy dots and the shaped sentiment tag. Thanks for joining us for LeAnne’s colour challenge over at The paper Players this week!

  2. Bobbi, you really rocked the colors. I love the little flower on the cross. Gorgeous card. So glad you shared it with the Paper Players this week
